Responsibility: Any planning application received which cannot be dealt with at a full council meeting i.e. where the 21 day consultation period cannot be met.

ALLOTMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Responsibility: Verification of all allotment applications
Matters of discipline relating to the Allotment Rules/Terms & Conditions

All matters relating to the general maintenance of the allotments and allotments sites including hedging & dyking etc

PLANNING

All decisions regarding planning applications are made by North Lincolnshire Council which is the Local Planning Authority.

You can view applications, associated documents and submit comments directly on the North Lincolnshire Council website. Comments can also be submitted by email – planning@northlincs.gov.uk. Any comments you make will appear on NLC website.

If you have an queries about a proposal these should be directed to the named case officer. Concerns can be can be addressed to the Parish Council at a Parish Council meeting or through the Clerk or member of the Council prior to a meeting.
